The 1ShoppingCart Google Analytics integration takes special care to carry the Google session through the shopping cart process. This allows full navigational paths to be seen from original referral to post sales.
As long as the script has been updated correctly on the referring website Google Analytics will track all traffic correctly.
Ecommerce tracking can be accomplished by using a script on a Custom Thank You page to capture transaction post data and transferring it to Google.
I've collected a series of

display ecommerce traffic when setup correctly.
